Take a Break Rentals is a family run Rental and Property Management Team, who have great experience in Real Estate and in Hospitality Services, in Scandinavia, England and of course here on the Costa Del Sol.
Our aim is to provide an excellent, flexible and personal service for you, the home owner and for those renting to ensure repeat visits. As well as dealing with the usual property rental market we are committed to helping you to make your property a profitable business.
We can offer homeowners a complete and personal guaranteed service, as much or as little as you require us to do. We are based in Nueva Andalucia and have decided to operate the areas from Marbella down to Guadalmina. By being close to your property we are able to keep a regular eye on your home and we are able to assist you and your guests whenever required.
Maintenance is carried out on your home promptly and efficiently.

Rental Packages & Property Management
To sign up with Take a Break Rentals the home owner can choose between two different Rental Packages.
Option 1: Rental & Cleaning.
Option 2: Rental, Cleaning & Property Management.
Option 1 - Rental & Cleaning
As homeowner you are signing up for the following services with Option 1:

Management of rental bookings.

Key holding.

Advice on rental pricing.

Rent collections.

Digital photos of the property. (Free)

Advertising on Take a Break Rentals website. (Free)

Cleaning.
-
Laundry Services.
-
Check in and out of rental clients.

Local friendly representative for your friends, family and guests.
Option 1 Extras

Welcome Pack & Flowers.

Call out (Emergencies, lost keys, attend appointment with tradesmen on your behalf, eg. deliveries, installations etc.)

Baby cots, high chairs, extra beds…

Midweek clean
Option 2 - Rental, Cleaning & Property Management
With Option 2, the home owner is signing up for all the services mentioned under Option 1 plus 9 additional services.
When the property is unoccupied, we will carry out a weekly Property Inspection. This includes the following:

A complete check of the interior and exterior of your property.

Checking that all doors, windows and gates are locked and secure to avoid unauthorised entry.

Ventilation of your property, flush toilets and sinks to avoid unwanted smells.

Checking for evidence of damp, water leaks, structural damage and insect infestation.

Checking that the electricity, alarm, water and gas installations are working.

Check your swimming pool and garden and also water plants (if applicable).

Gathering and forwarding mail from your mailbox. (except advertising)

Inspection visit after severe weather and storms.

Keep an inventory.
Option 2 Extras
