This self catering ground floor 2 bed family apartment is located in the front line beach complex of Costalita, New Golden Mile, Estepona.

The outdoor area and proximity to the beach is what makes this apartment rental a great holiday choice. There is space for al-freco dining, playing in the sun on the grass or just chilling in the shady on the terrace. Just a few steps away from the part enclosed garden you can run and jump into the pool (Stopping first for that obligatory shower before entering the pool!) Or if you keep on running and go through the gate you can run straight into the sea, no stopping for a shower needed!!

From the main terrace you have access to the master bedroom which is also en-suite. The other bedroom is a twin room has access to a small and shaded terrace. The rest of the apartment is functional as per a holiday home, with a kitchen with mod-cons, an indoor dining area for four persons and by the terrace a relaxing sofa area.

Costalita is located beachside on the New Golden Mile. Within walking distance of the complex there is a variety of restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a handful of non fashion shops and a children’s indoor play area.

The New Golden Mile connects San Pedro to Estepona. Both towns have managed to remain unspoilt and still preserve their Spanish identity. They are a true slice of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals in San Pedro’s Central Plaza or Plaza de las Flores in Estepona, dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.
