This 3 bedroom, ground floor, duplex apartment has a total of 4 balconies, with unobstructed views of the hill side below, the mountains and the sea. The main Balcony (east south-east facing) off from the living room is very spacious, decorated with a dining table, comfortable chairs, two sun beds and a barbeque. Ideal for evening dining with a back drop of La Concha, the Marbella Mountain and Marbella.

On the upper floor of the apartment you will find the kitchen, a spacious living room and two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds). Each with its own balcony, and sharing a bathroom with a tub.

On the lower level there is a spacious twin bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony.

The urbanization Señorio de Aloha is located in Nueva Andalucia which is ideally situated, being only 12 minutes walk away from the sizzling Puerto Banus and the beach. You will find local restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches and nightlife. On Saturdays there is a market around the bull ring (just a few minutes walk from the apartment) from 9am to 2pm and there is a commercial centre a short walk away where there are many quality shops, restaurants and bars. Nueva Andalucia is becoming well known for its international cuisine and there are restaurants to suit all tastes.

If you fancy a little excitement, Nueva Andalucia has a casino and there are many clubs, bars and other nightlife in Puerto Banus and Marbella. For the golfer, there are five golf courses very close by. In the gated communal area there is a paddle tennis court and three pools free to use.
