This fabulous modern 5 bedroom villa is perfect for your getaway holiday. Once on the gated property you feel in the tranquillity, with open views down to the sea and La Concha, the mountain behind Marbella.

Most of the house that looks towards the garden and the views are made with big glass windows and doors which gives a light feel. Especially downstairs where the living space is open plan. It consists of a high quality, stainless steel American style kitchen, dining area, lounge with a fireplace and flat screen TV and a chill out zone.

The 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 doubles and 1 twin are located upstairs. 3 have en-suite bathrooms with 2 of them having Jacuzzi baths. The twin bedroom shares a dressing room and bathroom with the third double bedroom and is also the only bedroom with no outside access. The master bedroom is definitely the room with the best view as 2 of the walls are glass.

The property has 2 pedestrian access gates and one for the car. There is ample space for 2 cars. The garden has plenty of run around / sun bathing space, a swimming pool and for out door dining a covered gazebo with a big gas BBQ.

El Rosario is a prestigiousmainly residential area 10 min. East of Marbella between Marbella and Calahonda. It is surrounded by golf courses and beautiful protected green areas. The appeal of El Rosario is the isolated feel of the hills but in reality everything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive, restaurants, supermarkets, the awarding winning El Casco tennis courts and some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol!

The beaches of El Rosario have plenty of sports stands for jet ski rentals or just 5 minutes away are the sandy beaches of Elviria. Both beaches have plenty of chiringuitos serving food, drinking and offering sun bed rentals and of course the world famous Nikki Beachis located here.

The shops tends to be more boutique, touristy shops and supermarkets. For high street shops or luxery brands then venture into Marbella and Puerto Banus. Marbella has something for everyone. Essentially you can divide the town into two areas with the “High street” in the middle. North of the High street is the Old Town, which has lots of history, many local restaurants and boutique shops. South of the High street is the Paseo Maritimo / Beach Promenade, the lively harbour, boutique and tourist shops and again a lot of restaurants and bars.
