The interior has been carefully decorated with comfortable quality sofas and beds, wood carpentry and Yugoslavian marble floors. There is onsite parking for 2 cars.
The focal point of this holiday home is the exuberant gardens, featuring palms trees and bird of paradise plants, to add a touch of tropical freshness. Various comfortable seating areas are scattered along the covered porches, where you can laze around, enjoy some quiet time or simply have a good old Spanish siesta, to cope with the late-night lifestyle.
A large pool set in the delightful gardens means you don´t have to leave the house to enjoy the water. But, that would be a shame. Some of the best sandy beaches this side of Marbella are just a hop skip and jump away.
In a nutshell, a quiet retreat, close to everything, but seemingly miles from the hustle and bustle!

Rio Real is one of the best addresses on the Coast. This up market suburb, located in a tranquil setting on the edge of Marbella, comprises a low density mixture of ritzy villas, townhouses and apartments.
An ample array of amenities is within striking distance: downtown Marbella, a few minutes by car and Puerto Banus, 10 minutes. If you are looking for one-stop shopping, the well-known mall, “La Cañada” is only a 5-minute drive away.
Rio Real is also home to the prestigious Rio Real golf course, designed by Spain’s leading golf architect, Javier Arana. There are many other golf clubs nearby and we can arrange discounted green fees at many of them.
The uncrowded Rio Real beach in front of the Rio Real Golf course is within walking distance. The beach boasts a first class restaurant and bar, and sun beds and umbrellas can be hired on the beach. The beach next door Funny Beach, offers the kids more than playing in the sand and sea, and has a variety of water sports and also a go-kart track.
Excellent tennis facilities are five minutes down the road at El Casco, on the nearby El Rosario development.
The quiet and secluded location of Rio Real belies the fact that it is easily accessible to other parts of the Coast, being a short distance away from the main costal road (A7). Trips to Granada, Mijas, Ronda, Seville and Gibraltar are very accessible from this spot. With so much to see and do in the area we recommend hiring a car.
