The villa has 5 bedrooms. 4 are on the 1st floor and 1 is on the ground floor. 3 of the bedrooms can be made into either double bedrooms or twin bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are en suite and two of these have Jacuzzi baths. On the first floor there is a large terrace where access can be gained from three of the bedrooms. The villa also has a safe, alarm system and private off street parking.

The villa is situated in the luxury urbanization of El Presidente where you have a choice of 5 communal pools (1 heated) or the private pool of the villa. The 5 pools are situated in between the beautiful communal gardens and fountains. If you prefer the sea it only takes 5 min to walk to the quiet beach where you will also find a small beach bar/restaurant (chiringuito). El Presidente is located between Estepona and Puerto Banus (Marbella). There are very good local amenities including well stocked supermarkets, friendly bars, banks and sports facilities.
