This family holiday rental apartment is in the Señorio de Aloha complex beside the Centro Plaza shopping centre and is 12 min. walk from Puerto Banus.

The self catering holiday apartment is on the fourth floor and has the most amazing views towards the sea and Marbella. There are 2 twin bedrooms; a large living room with direct access to the spacious sunny terrace. From the terrace you can enjoy the fabulous views of the sea and La Concha Mountain. The holiday apartment is fully furnished and there is an A/C heating system for all year round use. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped. There is a secure underground car park.

The Señorio de Alohoa complex is located in Nueva Andalucia, which is ideally situated, being only 12 minutes walk away from the sizzling Puerto Banus and the beach. You will find local restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The local area is packed full of amenities for people of all ages with golf, beaches and nightlife. On Saturdays there is a market around the bull ring (just a few minutes; walk from the apartment) from 9am to 2pm and there is a shopping centre a short walk away where there are many quality shops, restaurants and bars. Nueva Andalucia is becoming well known for its international cuisine and there are restaurants to suit all tastes.

If you fancy a little excitement, Nueva Andalucia has a casino and there are many clubs, bars and other nightlife in Puerto Banus and Marbella. For the golfer, there are five golf courses very close by.
