Lovely and well equipped self catering family apartment in El Presidente.

The ground floor rental apartment has a sizeable terrace, ideal for catching some rays, al fresco dining or just relaxing in the shade with a book and a glass of sangria.

Stepping inside there is a spacious living area and dining area for four. The American style kitchen hatch opens onto the dining area. The kitchen itself is light and and functional with everything you need for your holiday.

From the terrace to the left of the living room is the master bedroom, also with terrace access and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom is a twin with plenty of cupboard space for your summer wardrobe.

In the luxury urbanization of El Presidente there are a choice of 5 communal pools (1 heated in the winter). The 5 pools are situated in between the beautiful communal gardens and fountains. If you prefer the sea it only takes 5 min to walk to the quiet beach where you will also find a small beach bar/restaurant (chiringuito). El Presidente is located between Estepona and Puerto Banus (Marbella). There are very good local amenities including well stocked supermarkets, friendly bars, banks and sports facilities.

The nearest towns are San Pedro and Estepona. Both towns have managed to remain unspoilt and still preserve their Spanish identity. It is a true slice of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals in the Central Plaza (San Pedro) or Plaza de las flores (Estepona) dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.
