In Colina del Paraiso the outdoor space is an equally important living and entertaining area as the indoor living area and every Penthouse boasts an impressive sun terrace with its own private swimming pool. This area is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy outdoor living. As well as the roof terrace every Penthouse has an impressive covered terrace that you can access directly from the living room and some of the bedrooms.

All our fabulous luxury Penthouses at Colina del Paraiso are very spacious and have a private gated entrance. The Penthouses at Colina del Paraiso are equipped from bed linen and kitchen utensils to LCD television with satellite TV and DVD player. All are built and furnished to the highest standards with marble floors, air-conditioning, heating and decorated in a modern Mediterranean style

The beautiful and spacious living and dining area with its feature fireplace is a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying life. The tastefully furnished master bedroom with its ample built-in wardrobe also benefits from a fabulous en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, Jacuzzi bath and double wash basins. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and built in wardrobes. The third twin bedroom, again with built in wardrobes and access to the terrace has its own en-suite bathroom.

Colina del Paraiso Family Resort is a newly built self catering urbanization set in the enchanting location of El Paraiso, 10 minutes west of Puerto Banus, nestled in the hills offering complete privacy and tranquillity.

Colina del Paraiso strives to a world of comfort, leisure and relaxation, where you also can enjoy our site sport facilities, like swimming tennis, practice driving range, paddle tennis and a fully equipped gymnasium. On site there is also a Playground, Clubhouse, Restaurant, Mini Market, Mini Driving Range and a Games Room.

Within close proximity of Colina del Paraiso are long stretches of beautiful coastline and some of the best beaches in Europe. At a very short driving distance you will find San Pedro de Alcantara, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona.

The nearest towns are San Pedro and Estepona. Both towns have managed to remain unspoilt and still preserve their Spanish identity. It is a true slice of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals in the Central Plaza (San Pedro) or Plaza de Las Flores (Estepona) dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.
