All our fabulous luxury self catering family townhouses at Colina del Paraiso are very spacious and decorated in a modern Mediterranean style. The townhouses at Colina del Paraiso are equipped with bed linen and kitchen utensils to LCD television with satellite TV and DVD player. All are built and furnished to the highest standards with marble floors, air-conditioning and heating.

Ground Level
The beautiful and spacious living and dining area with its feature fireplace is a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying life, and from here you have access to a marvelous covered terrace. The townhouse also has a small bathroom and the kitchen (fully equipped with Siemens integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher) on the ground floor.

First Floor
The tastefully furnished master bedroom has built-in wardrobe space and also benefits from a fabulous en-suite bathroom. From the bedroom you can access your private balcony. The comfortable second bedroom is nicely furnished with twin beds and a built-in wardrobe. This charming bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The lovely third twin bedroom again has a built in wardrobe, as well as its own en-suite bathroom.

Top Floor
On the top floor is the most wonderful and impressive sun terrace with its own private Jacuzzi. This area is the perfect place to relax, sunbathe and enjoy al fresco dining Mediterranean style.

Colina del Paraiso Family Resort is a newly built self catering urbanization set in the enchanting location of El Paraiso, 10 minutes west of Puerto Banus, nestled in the hills offering complete privacy and tranquillity.

Within close proximity of Colina del Paraiso are long stretches of beautiful coastline and some of the best beaches in Europe. At a very short driving distance you will find San Pedro de Alcantara, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona.

The nearest towns are San Pedro and Estepona. Both towns have managed to remain unspoilt and still preserve their Spanish identity. It is a true slice of traditional Spain, the locals are friendly and the predominant language you hear is Spanish. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals in the Central Plaza (San Pedro) or Plaza de Las Flores (Estepona) dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast, sampling tapas or simply cooling off at an ice cream parlour, with the kids running around.
