This spacious duplex holiday apartment is excellent for golfers and holiday makers alike. The living/dining room leads onto a huge and truly wonderful terrace, for alfresco dining or sun bathing. The terrace has fantastic views of La Concha Mountain, Las Brisas Golf course, the sea and the pool. At any time should you wish to cool off, there are stairs leading down to the pool directly from the main terrace.

On the 2nd floor are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bathroom, TV and private terrace. From the private terrace there are stairs leading up to the roof terrace. All three terraces have the same fantastic panoramic views.

There is an added twist; this apartment has a separate annex underneath (1 bedroom), with its own basic kitchenette, bathroom and sofa bed. Please note that there is no direct access from the main apartment to the third bedroom.

The apartment is located in the heart of the golf valley in Nueva Andalucia. It is just a short stroll down the hill to Los Naranjos Golf Club. For both residents and visitors, Nueva Andalucía is ideally situated, just a few minutes drive from the glitz and glamour of Marbella and Puerto Banús, yet close to the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and San Pedro de Alacantara, a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own.
