Stylish and elegant, while retaining an “at home” vibe, this contemporary semi-detached villa provides 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 people in air-conditioned comfort and connected (free fast speed Wi-Fi).
The holiday rental welcomes you with a sunny front porch decked out with table and chairs. The front door opens into the spacious ground floor living areas comprising: a bedroom; bathroom; kitchen with breakfast corner and equipped with everything necessary, including a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso pod coffee machine, to cook up a banquet; an open-plan living/dining room. Sliding doors from the living room open out to a fabulous outdoor hangout area featuring an undercover patio with sofas, dining table and BBQ. Down a few steps there is a secure garden and a plunge pool -perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day.
The first floor houses the large master en-suite bedroom, plus 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The kids will love the basement living quarters with the home cinema. The basement is home to 2 bedroom, a bathroom. The rooftop terrace with sea glimpses and a view of La Concha will definitely be a popular spot for pre-dinner mojitos.
A mid-stay clean of the communal areas is included in the rate (For bookings made after May 2022)
The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

Lorea Playa is a quiet upmarket neighbourhood located between San Pedro and Puerto Banus. The beach promenade, which starts from San Pedro all the way through to Marbella, is a haven of fantastic chiringuitos, beach clubs, restaurants, cafes all within walking distance of this property. The beach is about 100 meters away and there are a multitude of water sports and activities to keep you and the kids entertained.

I really don’t know where to start but this villa was beyond our wildest dreams. We took family and friends to celebrate my 50th birthday and for days we were walking around the villa just saying ‘wow’. The outside space is amazing, as well as thsee more
I really don’t know where to start but this villa was beyond our wildest dreams. We took family and friends to celebrate my 50th birthday and for days we were walking around the villa just saying ‘wow’. The outside space is amazing, as well as the indoor areas. There were 11 of us in total (9 adults, 2 children) and the villa never felt cramped, we could all sit inside or out and everyone had a place to sit. The kitchen is so well equipped, absolutely every item/cooking utensils you can think of .
Location was great, few bars and restaurants just a quick walk away, as well as a supermarket. Banus marina was about a 20min walk away via the beach boardwalk with many restaurants/bars on the way. Colleen was amazing throughout the process and we would highly recommend this villa as well as takeabreakrentals…we can’t wait to return |

Option to pay to have the pool heated, not sure if this can be done now the pool has been updated
Option to pay for a pushchair for small children. As you know we had a 4tr osee more

Lovely big villa very near to the sea. Beaches are a short walk. Very quiet area but close to nightlife. Villa has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. Puerto Banus marina and all of its restaurants and bars is a 25 min walk along tsee more
