La azotea
La terraza de la azotea ocupa todo el ancho del edificio y es donde suelen terminar la mayoría de las veladas. Una amplia zona de barbacoa incluye una parrilla de gas, un fregadero, una nevera y un amplio espacio para preparar la comida, complementada con una larga mesa de comedor y una generosa zona de descanso. El mar se encuentra justo delante de ti, al sur. La montaña de La Concha ocupa el horizonte al norte y al este, y la luz que la ilumina al atardecer es algo que los huéspedes mencionan con frecuencia. El apartamento cuenta con varios niveles de terrazas al aire libre, pero la azotea es donde se pasa la mayor parte del tiempo.

La arena es más oscura y ligeramente gruesa, típica de este tramo de la Costa del Sol, y en algunas zonas la orilla puede ser un poco rocosa al entrar en el agua, por lo que puede ser útil llevar calzado acuático. El paseo marítimo recorre varios kilómetros a lo largo de la costa y conecta directamente con Puerto Banús y Marbella hacia el este. A muchos huéspedes les sorprende que se pueda ir andando hasta allí por el paseo marítimo. Está repleto de chiringuitos, cafeterías, carriles bici y parques infantiles. Caminar hasta Puerto Banús por el paseo marítimo lleva entre 30 y 40 minutos. San Pedro es más tranquilo que Puerto Banús y es un auténtico pueblo español con una comunidad que vive allí todo el año. La urbanización
Las Adelfas es un complejo bien consolidado situado frente al mar en Nueva Alcántara, justo al otro lado de la carretera de la playa de San Pedro. El complejo cuenta con dos piscinas comunitarias, jardines maduros, tumbonas y aparcamiento cubierto. La puerta de entrada principal da directamente al paseo marítimo. La playa, los chiringuitos más cercanos y los restaurantes se encuentran a pocos pasos. Se trata de una mezcla de viviendas vacacionales y residentes permanentes, con un ambiente de barrio tranquilo. Las Adelfas es una urbanización en la que no se permiten fiestas. Se ruega a los huéspedes que sean respetuosos con los vecinos en lo que respecta al ruido.
Temporada de piscinas: Una de las piscinas está abierta desde el inicio de la Semana Santa hasta aproximadamente finales de octubre. La segunda piscina está abierta durante el pico del verano, solo en julio y agosto. Ambas piscinas permanecen cerradas desde finales de octubre hasta la Semana Santa. The apartment is in an ideal location in San Pedro. Across the road from the beach, but within walking distance of the town and eating places. There are 2 great pools in the complex and amazing views from both terraces of the sea and surroundings. The outside kitchen offers an environment just as good as any restaurant on the coastline. The apartment itself is finished off to a very high standard with high end furniture and kitchen appliances. It was ideal for 4 adults and 2 children with 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. Underground car parking was great and was there was easy access to the apartment from the car. The surroundings are quiet and relaxing.If you are arriving late, Thomas will arrange someone to be there to meet you and show you around for 30 euros, but otherwise they will leave keys for you at security. I would advise the late check in, especially if you are not familiar with some of the appliances. Thanks for a great holiday!

An electric fault, which was new, meant the electricity would trip up to 8 times a day, but it only affected the lights and is due to be fixed. We asked for additional cleaning, but were asked to pay more than was quoted, as the cleaners took bed linen to an expensive laundry rather than using the facilities available in the apartment. They also stayed for longer than requested, but Thomas dealt with this for us. The bed linen provided was single empty duvet covers rather than double flat sheets, which was a bit disappointing.

We are glad you enjoyed your holiday. The electrical issue has been sorted out. It was unfortunate about the mis-communication regarding the laundry and the amount of cleaning you wished for. It is the first time it has happened. There is a charge for change of linen as all laundry for all our properties are professional laundered and ironed - not just using the property's washing machine and hung out to dry. If all you wanted was for the beds to be stripped and the sheets washed and hung out for you to put back on the beds later that day then of course there wouldn't have been a charge. Despite the mis-understandings we hope to hear from you again.

It is well equipped and comfortable, and such a perfect location with the beach and promenade on the doorstep, and a fantastic pool within the property grounds (there are 2 but only one is open late season even then not at all crowded). Communication with Thomas and Colleen is always easy and friendly, and they go out their way to make sure we are well set for our visit and on hand for anything needed during our stay. Our first visit was incredible, and there are not regrets at all having chosen to return - another truly incredible holiday in Marbella ☀️🌊✨

Mountains to the north and east and water to the south. Easy walk to the Sea and restaurantsnorth to shops and other restaurants. Three levels of outdoor private decks were magnificent! There was plenty of space for 5 adults and the 3 decks provided space for quiet reflection. Beautiful bright interior and perfect weather! The host was very accommodating and communicative! Loved the covered, assigned parking and the grocery pack on arrival! A truly marvelous trip!! We are already talking about booking this location again.

I think the wooden bar across the balcony could be replaced as if you had a small child it’s quite open .
The outside covers on the chairs with the table are very dirty, stained .

The set up is great for children too and the apartment with its 4 bedrooms and big sun roof is enough for many families. San Pedro area is laid back and more quiet than Puerto BanusMarbella old town. Those are easily accesible but renting a car is advisible. We stayed here in March and Marbella got some rain too but we were succesful chasing the sun around the coast.

I stayed here with 4 friends in late September, and it was the perfect base for our wonderful holiday. The apartment itself is exactly as per the photos / description, is clean and comfortable throughout, and very well equipped with modern appliances and everything you may need during your stay. The outdoor terrace areas of the property are a true highlight, with multiple seating / eating / relaxation areas plus a fantastic bbq area for cooking. As we were visiting at the very end of the typical summer season there was only one of the pools open, but that wasn't at all problematic the pool area that was open was incredibly spacious and clean, and a really enjoyable place to relax (the two pool areas are identical). The San Pedro area itself we found to be ideal for our stay, with the beachfront / promenade just a minute's walk from the property, with lots of great bars and restaurants to choose from. The property is also just a short 10 minute walk to the central San Pedro area, where the closest supermarket is, and which again offers a huge amount of options for eating and drinking out. A huge thanks to Colleen and Thomas for their wonderful hospitality we wouldn't hesitate to return to the property for another holiday!
