    Description

    ROOFTOP TERRACE AND 500 METRES FROM THE BEACH.

    This lovely penthouse is defined by the oversized entertainer’s rooftop terrace featuring a bird’s-eye view of the la Concha Peak and sea glimpses. The fact that it’s popular with families of all ages is little surprise. Besides loads of space, the property delivers instant access to everything Puerto Banus and San Pedro have to offer. The complex is a five-minute walk to the beach and trendy beach bars.

    Rooms are spread over 2 levels, with the main floor home to a double en suite bedroom, another double and twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. On this same level are the living/dining room and a sparkling modern kitchen with both a Bosh dripping coffee machine + Saivod filter coffee machine. There is a small terrace flowing off the living room and one of the bedrooms. The master en suite bedroom is on the upper floor.

    The rooftop terrace offers alfresco dining, cushioned chairs, sofas and chaise lounges plus a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and a hooded gas grill for cookouts.

    We always provide complimentary beach towels for your convenience.

    Air conditioning, fast internet access and IPTV complement this lovely duplex holiday rental.

    The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

    LOCATION

    Jardines de Aldaba is a small exclusive gated complex in a premier beach location between Puerto Banus and San Pedro. Made up of 50 luxury apartments it is set among a subtropical gardens with a spectacular communal pool complete with sunbathing area and poolside bar. There is private underground parking as well as plenty of street parking. You’re are a short walk from the beach promenade leading to Puerto Banus in the east and to the more laidback town of San Pedro Alcantara in the west.

    The Carrefour supermarket is a 10-minute walk and there are plenty of delightful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also fast access to the A7 motorway and the Ronda road.
