This lovely penthouse is defined by the oversized entertainer’s rooftop terrace featuring a bird’s-eye view of the la Concha Peak and sea glimpses. The fact that it’s popular with families of all ages is little surprise. Besides loads of space, the property delivers instant access to everything Puerto Banus and San Pedro have to offer. The complex is a five-minute walk to the beach and trendy beach bars.
Rooms are spread over 2 levels, with the main floor home to a double en suite bedroom, another double and twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. On this same level are the living/dining room and a sparkling modern kitchen with both a Bosh dripping coffee machine + Saivod filter coffee machine. There is a small terrace flowing off the living room and one of the bedrooms. The master en suite bedroom is on the upper floor.
The rooftop terrace offers alfresco dining, cushioned chairs, sofas and chaise lounges plus a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and a hooded gas grill for cookouts.
We always provide complimentary beach towels for your convenience.
Air conditioning, fast internet access and IPTV complement this lovely duplex holiday rental.
The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

You’re are a short walk from the beach promenade leading to Puerto Banus in the east and to the more laidback town of San Pedro Alcantara in the west.
The Carrefour supermarket is a 10-minute walk and there are plenty of delightful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is also fast access to the A7 motorway and the Ronda road.

The apartment was plenty spacious for 8 of us. It had everything we could possibly need and very comfortable, in a great location, 5 mins from beach. Hosts were fantastic if we needed to ask them anything. Would recommend to friends and family.

Short walk to the beach and a huge terrace which is lovely for dinner / bbqs in the evenings. All bedrooms to a good size and so are the bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this property.

We came as a family mixed ages, the apartment is amazing. The roof terrace is spectacular. The beds very comfortable . Only down side pillows were a little poor. There are so many terraces to enjoy life here. The gardens & pool were just right. The lsee more
