The open ground floor has a bright and elegant living room with a terrace, equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture. Next, a spacious dining room with access to the communal gardens and swimming pool. It has a modern kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with top brand appliances, including a filter coffee machine and a pot coffee machine.
In addition there is a nice bedroom with a single bed and its own bathroom.
On the middle floor there are three large bedrooms, all of them with their built-in wardrobes and their modern bathrooms en-suite. Two of them with a double bed and a third with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the magnificent and beautiful community gardens while the master bedroom also has pool views.
On the roof terrace you can find a fantastic barbecue area, with a fully furnished outdoor kitchen prepared with everything you need to enjoy wonderful dinners and lunches and some drinks.
Please note this apartment has a strict no under 12 years old allowed. Nor any groups of adults under the age of 27 years old. The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.
LOCATION
Castiglione is a prestigious gated community with an outdoor pool set in lush tropical gardens. The location is about as good as it gets, and you can leave the car at home. Castiglione is in the heart of the beach lifestyle action but still enjoys a quiet location for a relaxed holiday. You can choose from an array of restaurants and beach bars, along the waterfront or in the town itself.
San Pedro Alcantara is a coastal town wedged between Marbella and Estepona and, despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, has managed to remain unspoilt. Very traditional and laidback, it attracts the type of visitor looking for a more low-key holiday.
Although San Pedro is small, it is a vibrant town abuzz with restaurants, bars, bakery cafes and ice cream parlours. The food scene is both local and international, with Irish pubs, Asian restaurants, Dutch bars all next to traditional Spanish bars and restaurants. There are a couple of well-priced supermarkets (Mercadona, Maskom, Carrefour and Día), a 24-hour pharmacy and boutiques. Thursday is street market day, a true bargain hunter’s paradise. The Boulevard is fast becoming the heart of San Pedro and a favourite with children with a total of six playgrounds and a skateboard area. Adults can sit around nearby, or go to one of the bar/restaurants for a drink, a snack or a meal.
Nueva Alcantara is the new part of town with wide tree-lined avenues leading down to the beach. On the waterfront, the 2 km sweeping tiled promenade serves as an open-air gym with exercise machines and is always bustling with joggers, strollers and dog walkers. It is dotted with chiringuitos all the way along, most of them offering Mediterranean cuisine and, of course, the ubiquitous thirst-quenching tinto de verano. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the sea front.
Don't expect any wild nightlife. A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs- or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you're looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away.
For sporting activities, there are many options. Very close by is the Nueva Alcantara Club with 16 padel courts and the I/O gym. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well kept golf courses. If you just want to hit a few balls try the Guadalmina public driving range (Located close to the Barceló Hotel). For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella, next to the driving range, offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons. The road to Ronda starts at San Pedro so experienced cyclists can enjoy a challenging but beautiful ride.

Fantastic accommodation on three floors with an incredible roof terrace overlooking the peaceful courtyard, the pool and beyond the palm trees the sea. The apartment is located in a very quiet area with a few restaurants and close to grocery stores asee more

The apartment is located in a very quiet area with a few restaurants and close to grocery stores and approx. 3 km walk to Puerto Banus. Thomas was very helpful and quick to respond, both before and after arrival.
