    Description

    Amazing three floor semi-detached townhouse, fully renovated, in an unbeatable environment, just 50 metres from the beach. In perfect condition and excellent qualities, with air conditioning, marble floor and terraces.

    The open ground floor has a bright and elegant living room with a terrace, equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture. Next, a spacious dining room with access to the communal gardens and swimming pool. It has a modern kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with top brand appliances, including a filter coffee machine and a pot coffee machine.
    In addition there is a nice bedroom with a single bed and its own bathroom.

    On the middle floor there are three large bedrooms, all of them with their built-in wardrobes and their modern bathrooms en-suite. Two of them with a double bed and a third with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the magnificent and beautiful community gardens while the master bedroom also has pool views.

    On the roof terrace you can find a fantastic barbecue area, with a fully furnished outdoor kitchen prepared with everything you need to enjoy wonderful dinners and lunches and some drinks.

    Please note this apartment has a strict no under 12 years old allowed. Nor any groups of adults under the age of 27 years old. The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

    LOCATION

    Castiglione is a prestigious gated community with an outdoor pool set in lush tropical gardens. The location is about as good as it gets, and you can leave the car at home. Castiglione is in the heart of the beach lifestyle action but still enjoys a quiet location for a relaxed holiday. You can choose from an array of restaurants and beach bars, along the waterfront or in the town itself. For the active, a tennis and paddle club with GYM is within walking distance.

    It has direct access to the San Pedro beach promenade. The palm lined beach promenade is a great spot for a quiet stroll or an energetic jog. Early morning is idyllic, with the sun coming up over the shimmering azure Mediterranean Sea. The promenade also links up to Puerto Banus and it is possible to walk all the way to Marbella along the seafront.

    Or mingle with the locals and soak up the vibrant atmosphere in the town of San Pedro de Alcantara. Despite its proximity to glamorous Marbella, San Pedro has managed to remain unspoilt and still preserves its Spanish identity. It is a true slice of traditional Spain. It is quite popular with holidaymakers who enjoy mingling with the locals and dunking churros in thick chocolate for breakfast. The town has a broad spectrum of amenities, including well-priced supermarkets, a 24-hour pharmacy, charming restaurants and boutiques.

    A night out typically consists of a meal and a few drinks at a local bar - although there are a couple of salsa clubs or a moonlight stroll along the beach promenade. If you’re looking for a big party night, Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive away. The adjacent residential area of Guadalmina is also known for its well-kept golf courses. For a bit more action for the kids, the Cable Ski Marbella offers wakeboard, kneeboard, and water-ski lessons.
