We present you with this fantastic 3-bedroom townhouse in front line beach urbanisation Castiglione. The property has AC throughout, as well as WI-FI.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and has a large en-suite bathroom with shower and a bathtub. The master bedroom has its own terrace with a table to enjoy the morning coffee or a book. The other two bedrooms has two single beds each and share a bathroom. All bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are in the middle floor.
On the ground floor you will find a modern all-white kitchen. The large open plan living room and dining area gives you an abundance of space. From the living room you have access to the semi-private garden with a covered terrace.
On the roof terrace you will find an oasis of peace and quiet where you can choose to lounge in the sun or in the shade in one of the big sofas. It's perfect for an al fresco gathering with family or friends.
The property is located in a no party urbanisation. There is to be no late night noise nor any anti-social / disruptive behaviour.

Castiglione is a prestigious gated community with an outdoor pool set in lush tropical gardens. The location is about as good as it gets, and you can leave the car at home.
