The villa is set over three levels with 250m2 of interior space, a private pool, a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a rooftop terrace with a fifth bedroom. It sleeps up to 10 guests. Playa del Cristo, the nearest beach, is about 1km away. The marina is a 10-15-minute walk from the villa. The return walk is uphill, which is worth bearing in mind if you have young children in pushchairs or anyone with mobility considerations.

The Pool
The private pool is 8m x 4m. At one end of the pool, built in steps lead into a shallow area at around knee height, making it ideal for young children. From there, the pool gradually deepens along a gentle slope, reaching approximately 2 meters at the far end. Pool heating is available at an extra cost and, available from approximately May to October depending on the weather. The sunbed area is open and unshaded, but guests can enjoy shaded comfort on the covered terraces.

Seghers is a quiet residential neighbourhood with streets lined with mature trees and a settled, unhurried feel, favoured by permanent residents and holiday visitors alike. The neighbourhood is generally considered safe. If neighbouring villas are occupied during your stay, some background noise is possible.

Sunbeds and parasols are available to hire and there are eating options on the beach. The marina has bars and restaurants along the harbourside and a Sunday market running from 9am to 2pm.

Estepona is noticeably quieter than Marbella and Puerto Banús. There is still plenty going on in the evenings, particularly around the marina with bars and live music, but it is smaller in scale and more low-key. Evenings here tend to centre around dinner at a local restaurant, a walk along the promenade, or drinks at a marina bar. Both Marbella and Puerto Banús are easily reachable by car when you want them. The old town, about 15 minutes by car, has narrow cobbled streets, small plazas and local
restaurants that fill up in the evenings. It is a real town with a year-round community. A car is recommended for this property. The old town, supermarkets and most day trips require a car or taxi. Parking is on-site with two open-air spaces within the grounds. The area has a typical Mediterranean climate with warm summers and mild winters. Winter can bring cooler and occasionally rainy spells, which is worth knowing before you book.

The Location of the property is perfect in that it is in a quiet beautifully maintained neighbourhood with lovely trees and plants lining the streets yet it’s only a few minutes drive from the port and Old Town.

The Location of the property is perfect in that it is in a quiet beautifully maintained neighbourhood with lovely trees and plants lining the streets yet it’s only a few minutes drive from the port and Old Town.
The layout of the property is very good and very spacious with a great kitchen. For those guests who still like to watch T V when on holiday there’s plenty of international channels covering all subjects. The outside space and in particular the panoramic view of Gibraltar and the North African coast both at day and at night is where this property really is exceptional. There’s also a great outdoor kitchen and barbecue area along with a shaded outside dining area which is welcomed on a hot summer afternoon. There are plenty of sun beds but unfortunately no canopy’s for shade in the sun bed area although that didn’t spoil our enjoyment. We were 6 Adults and 2 children and everyone one of us enjoyed our stay and agreed that we would all like to return to the property again in the neat future. |

The whole holiday from the initial booking and communications with Colleen, to the arrival meeting with Thomas was great, with both being very helpful and informative. As for the villa it was better than the pictures online, with recent works having see more

As for the villa it was better than the pictures online, with recent works having been done, especially the outside bar and kitchen which was amazing. Location was a 10 min walk to marina and only 25 mins into Estepona. The villa is located in a populated residential area and we were lucky in that we had no neighbours so stay was quiet apart from a few dogs barking from time to time, if the neighbouring villas were occupied then it could be a little noisier, but nothing more than the noise we were making enjoying the bar and pool :-) PS Sonus speaker was amazing but does need its own Spotify account

The villa had ample room for our different family members sharing. The outside kitchen was brilliant and well used. Lots of space for sunbeds around the pool - just be aware that most of the pool is about 2 metres deep. We used the car for our trips see more
The villa had ample room for our different family members sharing. The outside kitchen was brilliant and well used. Lots of space for sunbeds around the pool - just be aware that most of the pool is about 2 metres deep. We used the car for our trips out as we had a baby with us but you could walk to the marina and local beach but with a hilly walk back up. The only downside were the very soft mattresses which won't suit everyone.

Just returned from a 10 day holiday in this outstanding villa in Estepona. We were 4 family couples from Ireland and the US coming together for the first time post Covid and what a venue for this occasion. Our experience from day 1 of booking this holiday through to leaving was outstanding thanks to the efforts of Colleen and Thomas. Nothing was ever any trouble for them and they were always quick to respond. Now the villa.... what an amazing place to stay. The standard of the villa with all its mod cons was outstanding and the views are to die for, we certainly were living the dream. Waking up and having the first coffee of the day looking over the Med to the Rock of Gibraltar was nothing short of breath taking. The location is an easy 10 - 15 min walk into the marina and a further 15 into the Old Town. Estepona is a beautiful place to visit, so relaxed and laid back. Every person we encountered from the neighbours, shop assistants, restaurant staff etc were so easy going and very helpful. My wife and I are already planning our next Estepona escape. Thank you everyone for making our holiday and memories so great.
